  1. Radically differentiate your business

    In today’s competitive market, the last place that you want to be is jumbled in with everyone else, yet that’s exactly where most businesses find themselves. In this workshop we pull back the curtain to reveal the three pillars responsible for business growth through innovation, radical differentiation and content experiences.

  2. Make competitors irrelevant

    If it is difficult to find new leads or you are constantly competing on price, you might be stuck in a red ocean. When you have the same marketing promise and offer as competitors, you look the same and sound the same, customers will lump you into the sea of sameness. In this workshop we make competitors irrelevant by finding new market gaps to serve and then bridge these gaps with innovate new offerings.

  3. Teach the market

    In a three second world how do you hook attention? How do you get prospects to actually notice that you’re doing something different? How do you get prospects to value your differentiators and realize that you are the best company to solve their problem? The best way is through "teaching" because it allows customers to discover your unique strengths through insights. When we redefine the customers problem and get them to think differently about their situation, it becomes enevitable that they will think differently about your business and why it is the only way of solving their problem.

  4. Ascend to the Category of One

    In this workshop I’m going to teach you the C1 Method.  It’s a step by step process that will allow you to differentiate your business with a process so powerful  that it will stop prospects in their tracks and you will become their only choice. We do this by finding the gap (underserved market opportunities), bridging the gap with innovative new offerings and then teaching the market (frame-breaking content experiences)

About Patrick Leddy

Hello, it's nice to meet you. I'm Patrick, founder of Category of One.

I created Category of One because I wanted to show you that there are fundamentally different ways to approach business growth.

I am a former founder and CEO at two different Multi-Million dollar Silicon Valley companies that got the attention of (and investment) from some of the most demanding and well-known brands in the world such as: Google, Apple, PayPal, Tesco, Citibank, Vodafone & NCR.

My businesses have been ranked in the top 15 fastest growing startups globally (Business Insider) and featured for rapid growth in places like: The New York Times, Tech Crunch, Fortune, Inc, Forbes and Bloomberg.

Following 15 years of building, failing and succeeding with multiple businesses, I decided to set my sights on a brand new challenge.

They take your money, and give you precious little in return.
